TR Training Memberships


Personal Training:

Have a long term program, with individual workouts and exercises written just for you, then be guided and coached through that program by the TR Training Team. No time wasting with unessential workouts and exercises - only those that have a big impact on your results.

Personal Training is perfect for those with very specific goals, limited scheduling flexibility or a history of injuries and/or movement impairments.

You receive:
  • • 2 Sessions Per Week
  • • Individual, progressive program based on your goals updated regularly
  • • Flexible Scheduling
  • • Additional weekly sessions can be added if necessary
  • • Access to our TR Members only online group
  • • Unlimited email support for when you're not at the TR

12 months: $549 per month
3 months: $649 per month

Team Training:

Increase energy, feel better, get stronger and scorch body fat with our small group "Team Training" Membership.

You receive:
  • • Unlimited Access to all Team Sessions
  • • A program and workouts designed specifically to increase functional strength, flexibility and conditioning - adjusted and updated each month.
  • • Perfect for people who are free from injuries or movement issues that would require program modifications.
  • • Average session size is 4 members - perfect for those who like team camaraderie but with personal attention.
  • • Includes membership to our TR members only online group.
  • • Unlimited email support for when you're not at the TR.

12 months: $199 per month
3 months: $249 per month
